Calling all memelords and shitposters! We are looking for Social Managers who can design and execute truly degen CT content for our clients across their accounts to engage their community and the greater crypto space.

• Content Creation: Provide a consistent stream of high-quality memes and shitposts for main and alt/intern accounts
• Reply guying: interact with communities, thought leaders, and other accounts in a timely and humorous manner
• Trend monitoring: Know what is working on CT, what is stale, and what will get high-value interactions
• Brand consistency: Be able to write engaging content across different tones that match our client’s voice (buttoned up, middle of road, and truly unhinged)
• Account-team collaboration: work with account teams and the Senior Social Strategist in evaluating and adjusting content to maximize engagement and attract the right audience

• You live and breathe CT. You know the ins and outs of what it means to be a true degen and the latest insider meta and riff on deeply-rooted memetic dynamics
• Expansive portfolio: You have a proven track record of growing multiple accounts
• Adaptability: You can code-switch between different communities with ease.
• Humor: You know how to get a laugh out of degens and can write punchy, witty content on both trending and evergreen topics
• Editing: You don’t make mistakes on your posts
• Research: Able to quickly identify the key players and trends around both popular and emerging crypto communities
• Team player: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects simultaneously
