As a member of the senior strategy team at SCRIB3, you will play a key role in defining and refining the marketing and communications strategy for our crypto clientele. You will work closely with SCRIB3’s new business and account teams to ensure that clients are receiving creative, analytical and effective strategies from the top minds in crypto (you), and supporting the deliverables needed to execute said strategies. You will also be responsible for improving SCRIB3’s “product” – aka working with existing clients and account teams to improve the strategies and quality of service.

- Support the new business process, helping to understand the problems and goals of prospective clients and prescribe them the appropriate SCRIB3 services – content, social media, marketing strategy, media relations, business development, growth, community, etc.
- Lead the internal onboarding process, working with SCRIB3’s business unit leads to staff new client accounts with the appropriate personnel based on the SOW and ensure the team is set up to exceed client expectations.
- Work closely with the SCRIB3 team to onboard new clients and determine the appropriate strategic approach for the account team to deliver on.
- Work closely with new clients for the first month(s) of the engagement to define and oversee SCRIB3’s service mktg/comms strategy based on the SOW and the needs of the project.
- Remain involved with clients at regular intervals, both through internal and client-facing check-ins, to ensure SCRIB3’s program execution remains aligned with the goals of the client and the previously developed strategies.
- Continually analyze the effectiveness of our programming throughout the remit. If you see the programming is not achieving the desired results and/or KPIs, work collaboratively with the Strategy Team and other SCRIB3 subject matter experts to recommend a programming shift to the client.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the agency, educating the SCRIB3 strategy team and account teams on strategic frameworks and decision-making across the suite of marketing and communications services offered.
- Support the analysis of client campaign performance, leveraging a data-driven approach to revisit and redefine SCRIB3’s strategies as needed.

- Minimum of 2+ years work experience in crypto; following the space for >3 yrs.
- Crypto-native across the major web3 sectors and ecosystems. You should be able to explain the various technologies/GTM approaches and tradeoffs amongst dApp/infra/chain solutions in these ecosystems.
- Excellent creative, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of the agency new business process and ability to contribute strategically to client acquisition.
- You should be an active industry participant – able to articulate the latest insider meta and riff on deeply-rooted memetic dynamics alongside the tech.
- You should have previous experience directly driving marketing/comms strategy and tactics for crypto companies.
- You should understand how to assess competitors, narrative opportunities, product positioning, and key messaging/audiences in order to drive a cohesive marketing/communications direction for SCRIB3’s clients.
