We are looking for a Community Associate who will be responsible for the execution of strategic community engagement, community outreach and content delivery to help us meet our goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about web3 communities and engaging with community members. The primary role of this person is to serve as the assistant to the Community Manager who drives campaigns for web3 communities and stakeholders.

- Plan and execute community initiatives and programs
- Flag and identify community engagement opportunities
- Find new outreach opportunities to push brand image and community initiatives
- Organize and participate in community events, AMAs, workshops and Twitter Spaces to build community and boost brand awareness
- Set and implement communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, Business Development and Content teams to ensure cohesiveness around messaging and brand consistency
- Monitor conversations across Discord, Telegram, and social media to address important issues in real-time
- Attend regular sync meetings with multiple client accounts
- Develop and maintain a communications plan and announcements calendar
- Provide engaging resources, text, image and video content for Discord and Telegram
- Respond to comments, questions and concerns of community members in a timely manner
- Monitor community campaigns and track analytics to measure performance, aggregate data into actionable insights, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Monitor and take action on community feedback and community sentiment

- 1+ year experience in a similar role
- Possesses skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and community management
